Top up your credit online via NFCtron Tickets, pay by taping it to a point-of-sale device and track your spending easily online! Thanks to NFCtron, payments in the area will be faster, more transparent, and above all, safer. You won't lose the rest of your credit if you don't spend it all. You can request a free balance refund until June 18th 2024. Cash and card payments will not be accepted on the premises.
For an even better overview, we recommend downloading the NFCtron mobile app for Android or iOS. After reading the chip using NFC technology, you can clearly see your spending and current balance. You can also rate your purchases in the app, receive notifications about individual orders and conveniently return any remaining funds to your bank account after the event.
Why should you top up your chip online?

- You will receive your wristband with chip at the marked NFCtron top-up points on the site. Show the QR code from NFCtron Tickets to check in the credit.
- You can top up your credit online at least 1 hour before the venue opens.
Top up your credit at a designated recharge point at the event
- Top up the credit with cash or a card at the designated top-up point on the event.
- The activation fee for the first recharge is 2 EUR.
- After topping up, you will receive an information paper with a link and QR code, which you will keep carefully to check your balance and return the remaining credit.

Download the NFCtron mobile app, load your activated chip and track your spending even more comfortably! Thanks to the app, you can also rate your orders using stars with comments and give us feedback for future events. In addition, after the event, you can easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account.
Attention! It is not possible to top up your credit in the NFCtron mobile app.

âť“ How do I check my credit balance?
After each order, the seller will show you the balance. You can find out your balance on the NFCtron mobile app, simply by loading the chip, or in your online receipt by scanning the QR code from the printed information paper you will receive if you first topped up your credit at the event.
âť“ I have a chip from last year, can I use it?
It is possible to use your chip from last year's concerts, but it must be reactivated on site. You can recharge the credit for free online or on-site with an activation fee of 2 EUR. To activate the chip, simply show the QR code at the designated recharge point or recharge on-site.
‼️ Credit from 2023 cannot be used.
âť“ Can I use one chip for multiple Live Nation concerts?
The chip wristband is removable and can therefore be transferred between concerts where you pay with NFCtron. You can use the chip wristband at Rammstein 2024, Sting - My Songs 2024 and Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band.
âť“ I have credit left from the event, how can I get it back?
Refunding your credit balance is free of charge and without limitation for accounts in CZK and EUR. Simply load the chip into the NFCtron mobile app and request a refund to your bank account with 3 clicks. You can request a credit refund until 18. 6. 2024. We do not refund cash.
