TICKET HOLDER CHANGE
Due to numerous inquiries regarding the possibility of changing the name on the ticket for the Rammstein concert in Prague Letňany, this service has now been launched. Customers interested in changing the name on the ticket should contact the ticket seller, see links below. This name change option ends April 30th 2024. There is a fee for this service.
Re-personalisation procedure for each ticketing company
The original buyer has to send the following information by e-mail to info@eventim.cz :
1. The order number of the re-personalization booking (There is a handling fee of CZK 300,- per ticket for the re-personalization. Please book this handling fee at the following link: https://www.eventim.cz/en/event/repersonalization)
2. The order number of the original tickets + the barcodes of the tickets concerned (barcode clearly legible)
3. Old name + new name
The re-personalized tickets will be sent to the original buyer as a PDF.
- Log in to your Ticketmaster account (email address) under which you purchased tickets to Rammsteinconcert.
- Select your Rammstein concert order in the "Upcoming Events" section.
- Below the order, click "Need Help With This Order?"
- Select Category "Request to change my order"
- Select Topic "I would like to change my order"
- Select Subtopic "Change ticket personalization“
- Then write which names you wish to change to newnames you have given.
After logging in to your account on our portal, in the "My orders" section, you will find a button for possible changes next to the tickets.
After clicking it and selecting the desired places where you want to change your name, you will be asked to pay the required amount, after successful payment you will be able to change the name directly in the order by following the necessary steps.
After changing the name you need to print the tickets again.
