The festival will be completely cashless. ALL payments will be made exclusively via a wristband with an NFC chip.

HOW TO PAY EASILY WITH NFCTRON? 👨🚀
1. Top up online before the event
You can top up your credit in advance via the link above — either on the website or in the NFCtron app.
Once you present the QR code at a top-up point, we will activate your chip with the preloaded credit, and you can head straight to the sales points.
Online credit top-up in advance will be available before the event starts. After that, top-ups will only be possible on-site — either online via the NFCtron app on your phone or physically at NFCtron top-up points. The first top-up at the event venue includes a CZK 50 chip activation fee.
2. Pay easily with your chip
Simply tap your chip on the payment terminal to pay. After each payment, the vendor will show you the screen with your updated chip balance and order summary.
You can track your spending directly in the NFCtron app or request an information sheet with a QR code at a top-up point to access your online transaction overview.
3. Top up your active chip online during the event
Once your chip is activated, you can top it up online during the festival directly in the NFCtron app via the payment gateway. After payment, transfer the credit to your chip by following the instructions in the app. The chip must remain in contact with your phone until the transfer is complete.
Online top-up during the event depends on your phone’s NFC being enabled, a stable internet connection, and proper synchronization of your latest chip transactions. If the app temporarily pauses the transfer to your chip, please wait a moment and try again later.
If the credit cannot be transferred to your chip, your money will not be lost. Any untransferred credit will be automatically refunded after the event.
A service fee may apply for this service. Alternatively, you can use an NFCtron top-up point at the venue.
4. You can request a refund for unused active credit
Unused active credit on your chip can be refunded to your bank account free of charge via the mobile app or through your chip’s online overview.
You always have 14 days after the event ends to request a refund.
UNUSED CREDIT AT THE EVENT VENUE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN CASH.
