Basic information:
- Ticket orders are available 24/7 on the Internet sites.
- The exact date and time of onsale for particular events will be announced only to Ticketalarm subscribers.
- It is necessary to be registered and logged in when you want to purchase your tickets!
- We do accept only VISA and MasterCard credit cards for ticket payments.
- Please note that debet cards Visa Elektron are not accepted for payments!
- It is possible to pay using the bank transfer at particular events.
- Tickets reserved for collection and payment in the sales outlet has to be picked up within 24 hours since the reservation has been submitted. Reservation expires after 24 hours.

How to book tickets on the Internet
Choose the amount of tickets at particular price category and add your selection into the shopping cart. There is a Seat plan available at some events where you can choose concrete seats. Once your selected tickets are in shopping cart, please continue with delivery method selection.
Notice: There is a time limit for each order about 19 mins. You can see remaining reservation time during the whole ordering process.
Choose the preffered delivery method. The price of the delivery is displayed in the order summary straight away. Now it is important to register or log in (in case you are already registered user). New registered user has to fill in the fields marked by * such as name, surname, address, email and username.
Delivery and invoicing address can vary. You´ll recieve a confirmation email with your login details after successful registration.
In case you are registered user, just log in with your credentials and after checking the delivery and invoicing details continue to the payment method selection.
Payment method selection is dependant on remaining time to the event. Your tickets can be paid by credit card VISA and MasterCard or by bank transfer.
After successful payment continue to the summary page, read and check the Agreement with General Terms and Conditions and you´re close to finish your order. Go to the last page – Receipt.
Your receipt incudes all the information about your order. In case you´ve chosen bank transfer as a payment method all the payment details are displayed now including reference number which is very important to include into your payment.
In case you´ve chosen ticket reservation with collection and payment in the sales outlet, your collection code is displayed (7-digit alphanumeric code). You might not be able to collect your reserved tickets without this code, so please note this code carefully.
If you have chosen ticketdirect as a delivery method and paid for your tickets by card, you´ll recieve all information how to print out your tickets.
After successful order you´ll receive confirmation email with all order details.
The status of your tickets ordered with different delivery methods such as registered or international post can be checked at my Eventim as well as the status of your payment by bank transfer.
In case you paid for your tickets by bank transfer, we´ll inform you by email once we receive your payment. We do recommend to transfer the payment as soon as possible so there is still enough time for order processing.

Tickets reservation:
Choose the event and select the amount of tickets in the price category, or rather use Seat plan for exact seats reservation. Add your tickets into the shopping cart and continue to delivery method selection.
Now you have to choose will call with reservation as a delivery method.
To finish your reservation it is necessary to log in with your username and password or register in case you´re a new customer.
New registered user has to fill in the fields marked by * such as name, surname, address, email and username. Delivery and invoicing address can vary. You´ll recieve a confirmation email with your login details after successful registration.
Now you can continue to the order summary and receipt. Receipt includes all the order details and your collection code (7-digit alphanumeric code). Order summary will be sent to your email as well.
Notice: Your reservation is valid for 24 hours since your order has been submitted.
